Hotel Izulu is a 19-suite, five-star, award-winning boutique property in the heart of KwaZulu-Natal’s North Coast set amid subtropical lush gardens. A gold-star rated beauty spa and a fine-dining restaurant are among the facilities at the Ballito-based hotel.
The historic sites of Shaka’s Rock, where King Shaka tested the courage of his Zulu warriors by having them leap from the rocks into the sea; KwaDukuza-Stanger, home to King Shaka’s memorial and Shakaskraal, once the site of King Shaka’s royal military homestead are within easy reach.
Hotel Izulu is also close to the Indian Ocean, playground of bottlenose dolphins which frolic in the waters close to shore and are visible all year round.
