Interracial Dating

So if you have had any type of interracial dating experience you would have seem many different people with all of their different opinions about interracial dating.  There are black men dating Asian and white women and there are black women dating Asian and White men.  There are Asian women dating black and white men and so forth and so on.  Interracial dating is something that many people experience and that many people have an opinion on.  This however is going to be about what opinion.  And that is the opinion of many black women that suggest that white women are taking all of the good black men from them.

Now there are several ways to look at this.  One aspect is saying that a”good” black man is a man with an education and a professional job.  If you look at all of the black women that are in a higher education facility you may understand this aspect of it.  That is because there really is a limited amount of younger black men that are in college and are in some kind of professional career.  If you consider the small amount of black men that are actually in college and not lost in the prison system of this country then you will see the way that some black women can view that. The ratio of black men that are currently enrolled in a college to the number of black women in college is absolutely staggering.  There are a much larger amount of black women that are currently enrolled in college today than there are black men.  So in that market the amount of black men that are available for women black or white is not very high. So it may seem that all of the “good” black men are taken.  However, on the grand scheme of things that is really not the case at all.

Black men who date white women are not always the best a man can be.  That goes for any man of any race that dates any woman of any race.  Not all men are good and not all women are good.  So in actuality there is not really a huge race to find the most educated and most professional black man around by every white woman out there.  When the opportunity for two people to fall in love and to exist with each other every day can actually happen and it is a healthy and joyous relationship does it really matter what color their skin is.  People should just be happy that they are in love with someone in healthy and happy relationship whether it is an interracial relationship or not. 

The whole idea of white women taking black men away from black women is just ridiculous.  Men and women are going to date whomever they want to date and no one is out there trying to steal any man from any race of women.  It is really hard enough to find someone out there in the dating world today and if two people can find each other that is always a good thing.  Race should not have anything to do with it.  As a matter of fact for those people who do not date interracially they are only closing off an entire race of people that they could actually find their soul mate in.

Now it is agreed that many people do have a preference of what they are attracted to and many black men do enjoy dating white women.  However the white women of the world are not stealing the black men away from black women.  As a matter of fact the group of interracial dating that is growing the fastest is actually black women and white men.  So there is something to think about.
