Dollywood begins the 2007 season with a new thrill for Summer vacationers to Pigeon Forge. The Mystery Mine loops, turns and twists for two and a half minutes at a top speed of 60 mph through an "abandoned mine." This 1811-foot steel track rollercoaster includes a 95-degree, 85-foot vertical drop. Various special effects and surprises ensure a great time for all coaster enthusiasts. Smoky Mountain Resorts currently offers a discount vacation package featuring lodging at any of our hotels bundled with Dollywood tickets. Or, if you prefer, you can create your own vacation package from several hotel, attraction and dining choices.
