Teddy runs a busy bar, and it' s a lot of fun. He serves simple and good food, along with the cold beer and drinks. After 9 PM he has music, and by 10 he is usually full until closing time. He doesn't allow fighting, and even shuttles people home who have ingested a little too much in the way of spirits.
Last week he had a couple of bad apples come in, and he gave them a couple of behavior warnings. They kept escalating, and Teddy told them to hit the road. They got up and started out, but then changed direction and started barking at Teddy. Then one of them picked up a beer bottle and took a swing at Teddy.
Teddy slipped the swing, and responded by spraying the guy with some Mace Pepper Gel. This brought the other jack S into the picture, so he got greased too. Both of them did a really good job of rubbing the gel in as they tried to get it off. Before you could count to ten they were both on the floor hollering, and they were still there when the bouncers dragged them outside. The bouncers handed them over to the police, and things went back to normal in minutes.
Teddy has carried Mace Pepper Gel for years, and has only had to use it half a dozen times to end something that should never have started. His bartenders and waitresses all carry it too, so you really wouldn't want to engage in any untoward behavior at his joint.
Mace Pepper Gel has good range, shooting up to 18 feet. It sticks like glue, and the skell is usually good at helping you by rubbing it in, as he tries to get it off. That's not a good idea, but you can keep it to yourself.
If you're prepared, you'll never be surprised.
