If you have been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, you should not worry, because rheumatoid arthritis is not equal to a lifetime pain. There are many people who suffer from this disease and at the same time they enjoy a healthy lifestyle.

First step is to learn how to communicate with your body. You should learn when you feel joint stiffness. Make a note that how your body reacts to different physical conditions and activities.

The second important step is to make regular exercise and consider exercise as a treatment for your rheumatoid arthritis. With regular exercise you can strengthen muscles, reduce fatigue, and increase flexibility. There are three types of exercises that recommended for rheumatoid arthritis sufferers: strengthening exercises, flexibility exercises, and aerobic exercises. And finally you should take care of your weight as a right weight can help to reduce pain in your joints. To have a right weight you should learn how to eat well. To preserve bone integrity as it is very important for rheumatoid arthritis patients, eat high protein low fat dairy and lots of fruits and vegetables
