How To Build Confidence With Subliminals

Sometimes, I do experience blocks. These blocks spawn from beliefs like "Am I worthy of this wealth?" or "Can I really achieve this simply by thinking about it positively?"

Such thoughts are viruses. They can short circuit one's efforts to empowerment by imposing limiting beliefs. It's best to stamp out such mental patterns before they contaminate one's motivation.

Self-hypnosis is one tool that can destroy doubts. Another is the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT).
