Understanding yourself is the core of of self-esteem, mind power and interpersonal relations. Humanity had been searching himself since the beginning of time. "Know yourself" said the Aristotle, but he asserted in riddles and the seekers  ended up more befuddled

True, it;s  tough to really understand a human being. To comprehend others, we ought to understand ourselves and to acquire self-esteem and resolution.

How can we accomplish this? Consider the following

Some tips:

* Jot down your grand achievements, all that you can remember; learning, jobs, loves and relationships,  friendships, ... Look at what you already have and realize you have done rather well.

* List exemplary comments that others have said about you. Read through papers from former employers or teachers that state all your strong sides. Has memory discarded them?

* Create action plans. Query yourself what can be done. What can you modify to make things better? Jot down precise objectives and craft a step-by-step plan on how you intend to seize your goals.

*Decide! Make an assertion that today you will start dealing with the first step of your plan. Never say tomorrow. Make it today!

Do this and you will realize how you've developed your mind power techniques, confidence and social skills. You can go far beyond. And reach for the stars
