Attracting Promotions With Executive Coaching

The last guy I talked too complained that he was stuck in the same job for almost 8 years. Junior officers often bypassed this poor fella despite his superior skill and commendable experience. He puzzled and agonized over it, wondering how management can overlook such a "great guy as himself".
