There are thousands of apartments for rent in Bangkok and if you are looking for long-term rental, then most likely you will be looking at non-serviced apartments which Bangkok Finder specialises in. Most apartments require a minimum rental of 6 months to a year. For anything less than 6 months, you will need to look at serviced apartments which are usually smaller, more expensive since they operate like hotels.
Many non-serviced apartments do not come with internet connection and it is very common that tenants apply with ISPs for an internet line. However, there should always be a phone line already installed. Once you have a phone line, it is a lot easier applying for internet connection with major ISPs such as KSC internet, Buddy broadband and CS Loxinfo.
Apartments rentals also do not include utility bills i.e. electricity, water or cable TV. If you are looking for something that does, then again, serviced apartments is what you are looking for.
