When companies require high volume CD and DVD duplication and printing, but want to bring the production in house, can easily achieve this with All Pro Solutions systems.  In, the previous article, the Hera series DVD duplicators were introduced.  Now you can take one Hera system, or as many as needed, and bundle it with one or more printer autoloaders to acheive that high volume that is needed.

The All Pro Solutions printer autoloaders come in several configurations: PC-connected (Apollo) or built-in PC (Zeus).  These are exactly the same machine, only difference is one uses the customer's PC and the other has an internally-built PC.  In the Apollo/Zeus series cd dvd printer autoloaders, there are several options to choose from: Apollo or Zeus PA4 - 220 or 330 disc capacity (depends on printer), Apollo or Zeus PA7 - 420 or 630 capacity (depends on printer), and the Apollo or Zeus PA9 - 600 or 900 disc capacity (depends on printer).  In addition to these options, also available is the newest printing system from All Pro Solutions which is the Apollo or Zeus Dual Printer Autoloader.  This system is capable of running 2 inkjet printers at the same time, doubling the printing output of the standard single printer autoloader.  This is the industry's first 2 printer system and has become very popular quite rapidly. 

For optimum output, it is recommended that an Apollo or Zeus Dual printer autoloader is used in conjunction with a Hera 9 CD DVD duplicator system.  The Hera 9 is among the tops in the industry in output per hour.  For a full 700MB CD, the Hera 9 can produce a little over 90 CD-Rs per hour.  For a 4.4 GB DVD, the Hera 9 takes less than an hour to produce 54 DVD-Rs.  Bundle that with 2 printers printing at the same time and you have a full produciton house at your convenience.  You can print on blanks with the dual printer autoloader while burning on printed discs with the Hera and vise versa for optimum throughput.  Depending on your ink usage and label file, with the dual printer autoloader you can print anywhere from 60 to over 90 full color printed discs per hour, which works very well when also running a Hera 9 system.  For higher volumes, bundle 2 or more Hera 9 systems with 2 or more Zeus or Apollo Dual printer autoloaders, and you can achieve numbers similar to CD and DVD replicators.
