What's the point of buying an Apollo or Zeus cd dvd duplicator?  Well there are many reasons why you should.  First of all, if you want completely unattended duplication and printing of your CDs and DVDs, then either an Apollo system or Zeus system would be best.  You see, your jobs can continue after hours.  Not having to pay  employees to load and unload CDs and DVDs can save you thousands of dollars.  You can also do small customized runs rather than oursourcing to a replicator who requires a minimum of 1000 disc runs.  Best of all, you set your job, walk away, and let our workhorses do the work for you.

The Apollo series and Zeus series cd dvd dupliators are nearly identical, the only difference being that the Apollo duplicators connect to your existing computer, and the Zeus duplicators have a computer built inside.  The Apollo and Zeus series cd dvd duplicators are available in 2, 4 or 7 drives with 6 different integrated printer options to choose from and ranging from 220 to 900 disc capacity, depending on printer used.  Also available in copy-only configuration are 4, 7, and 9 drives systems with 330, 630, and 900 disc capacity respectively.  The Apollo series cd dvd duplicators come with all the necessary software and hardware to successfully install the system to your PC.  System includes, firewire cards, cables, DiscJuggler Professional edition software, label editing software, and alignment software.  If you opt for a Zeus system, everything is built in and pre-installed, all you need to do is run the alignment software and align the drives and printer and you are ready to burn and print.  Available systems include copy-print, copy-only, and print only.

The capacity for copy-print & print-only systems is as follows:

  • 2 drives + Lex / HP / Z6 / P55 printers - 220 capacity
  • 2 drives + Pro III & Prism printers - 330 capacity
  • 4 drives + Lex / HP / Z6 / P55 printers - 420 capacity
  • 4 drives + Pro III & Prism printers - 630 capacity
  • 7 drives + Lex / HP / Z6 / P55 printers - 600 capacity * Removable bins
  • 7 drives + Pro III & Prism printers - 900 capacity * Removable bins

The capacity for copy only systems is as follows:

  • 4 drives - 330 capacity
  • 7 drives - 630 capacity
  • 9 drives - 900 capacity * Removable bins.

The large autoloaders (7 drives + printer or 9 drives) have removable input/output bins to easily add and remove discs or have extras to simply swap when the jobs are finished.

The software is very easy to use and user friendly.  It consist of a user interface with drag and drop functions.  Simply find the data you want, drag it to the destination window, enter your created label file you want printed and number of copies you want, and press start.  That's it!  Now you can go home and come back in the morning and find your job finished.  Should you need smaller quantities of different master discs, you can do batch duplication and printing.  Simply create a label file to go with the master, load each master in the input bins followed by the number of blanks, set the number of copies to auto, select burn from same burner, press start, and you're off!

The Apollo and Zeus series CD DVD Duplicators and printers are very effective and efficient mid-range duplication systems.  In addition to the great pricing, tehy are still covered by a standard 3 year warranty on the robotics!
