While renting a vacation home in Florida means that you will have to give up some amenities from a hotel such as room service, wake up calls and maid service; it also means that you will be receiving many extra benefits from renting a vacation home. Things like your own PRIVATE pool. That is an extra plus for renting a vacation home. The majority of homes in Florida do have pools and or hot tubs so you will usually be able to rent one with a pool and enjoy it by yourself. No one else’s children screaming and jumping into the pool when you are trying to relax. Only your own , if you brought them with you that is.

Getting a vacation home in Florida will also allow you to have much more room to move around in than a hotel room. Again most houses are three to four bedrooms and will offer plenty of room for families. It will also offer the convenience and a close family feeling. Small meals like breakfast or lunch would be a great idea. A nice sandwich and a drink by the pool seem like a great way to spend an afternoon on vacation. You could also BBQ. Most Florida vacation homes will have a BBQ. Again a great little party for the family and friends, outside hanging out by the pool, kids playing, adults laughing while enjoying drinks and conversation. That really can not happen at a hotel.

Most vacation homes in Florida offer a great location to many attractions. Whether you chose the house for the close vicinity to the beach or because it was close to a park like Disney World or Sea World, driving from a few miles away is very easy and time saving. Driving ten or fifteen minutes allows you much more time actually in the park and enjoying all it has to offer. Well at least allowing you to stand in a few more lines for a ride.
