We bought our first home in the Disney area in 1999.  Now, in some businesses, we would be classed as newcomers, but in this business, that makes us veterans.  To say we were green, is an understatement.  We took the story, hook, line and sinker.  We bought through a well known company,and also arranged to retain them as our Property Management Company.  When we went over to complete, we sacked them within 10 days, we were so disappointed in the service offered.
