Recent "Active Kids" research in the UK and Ireland, carried out by 50 school children with the Open University's Children's Research Centre and commissioned by La Manga Club, found that 8 out of 10 children get more enjoyment from exercising during their summer holidays compared to during term time. 96% of the children also said they do more exercise during their summer holidays compared to other times of the year during term time.
