much profit your vending machine business is going to be
able to generate for you. You may think that as long as your
vending machines are stocked and in prime locations you will
be rolling in the dough. Your true profit though is going to
be the amount of money that is left over once you pay all of

You need to keep your overhead costs as low as possible for
your vending machine business. Some costs you are going to
be able to control and others you won't. Focus on changing
those you can and put money away to cover those expenses
that are going to be inevitable for you. The amount of money
you have to pay each month of the equipment is going to eat
away at your profits.

Not everyone has the money to pay for a new vending machine
out of their savings. Instead of getting yourself involved
in a high monthly payment that takes a chunk of your
profits, consider a used one that is in very good condition.
This way you have the money to cover your expenses. As your
savings build up, you can purchase a new vending machine
down the road.

Of course with used equipment you do run the risk of having
to pay for repairs on a regular basis. Make sure you look
the equipment over very well before you commit to buying it.
Take a look at the hardware it has and make sure it is
something you can take care of it the need arises. You don't
want to have to pay a professional repairman all the time to
keep your used vending machines in service.

Check out your vending machines on a regular basis. If they
aren't working correctly then you are losing money. You may
also be losing repeat customers because they can't rely on
your vending machine to give them what they pay for. The
items you put in your vending machine cost you money so they
have to be able to sale.

This is difficult because you want to offer products that
are in demand and that are fresh. Look for wholesalers and
membership clubs where you can buy these items in bulk. You
have to monitor how your products are moving though as you
don't want to have to throw away items that aren't doing
well because they are old.

vending machine, but as a business owner you will need to.
These lights need to be replaced whenever they burn out.
Otherwise it can give the impression to would be consumers
that the machine isn't working. It can also prevent them

repair. You are going to be responsible for such costs if
they do occur. Hopefully you will never have to invest your
profits for such needs but it does happen. If you aren't
making a profit then you will have a hard time getting them
repaired. This is a Catch 22 because until they are repaired
you aren't going to be able to make money from the vending
