Do you take your daily supplements in good faith?

Conflicting reports abound on the internet regarding the value of daily multi-vitamin regimen.  According to some experts, the deficiencies of our daily diets are such that we are bound to develop serious deficiencies, which can only be nullified by a daily multi-vitamin.

Other experts maintain that nutritional supplements are so diluted that only a tiny fraction is actually absorbed by the body whilst the rest is duly flashed out.

That we need vitamins has never been the subject of any dispute.  Vitamins are a group of substances that are essential in appropriate quantities for growth and development.  The body, so efficient in most things, cannot unfortunately manufacture these essential nutrients and they must come from our diet!

And herein lays the answer...  Our diet.

If you eat sensibly, watch what you eat, ensure that your diet is rich in all the nutritional supplements your body requires, chances are you are one of the few who's food intake is sufficient to provide the body with all the essential nutrients.

If you are not one to watch the nutritional content of each food you consume with a knowledgeable eye, you may fall in the category of a large majority of people who do need multivitamins
