The market finally cracked 1000 units sold recently.
More than 20% fewer units closed in 2007 than in 2006 for the month of May
Average price is up approximately 4% from last month and 2% (avg: $265,000) from the same time in 2006.
More than 6500 single family Colorado Springs homes for sale, a 500+ unit increase over last month, and more than 20% higher than 2006.
So, for Colorado Springs buyers, this is going to be one great summer. The level of competition to sell a home has never been this high in Colorado Springs! ...
