Solar Power Inc. will get a new chief financial officer and other executives under moves announced Friday by the Roseville manufacturer and installer of solar energy systems.

Jeff Winzeler will assume the top finance post, replacing Glenn Carnahan. Winzeler previously was president of Solar Power's franchise operation for its Yes! Solar Solutions retail store division, and previously had been chief financial officer at International DisplayWorks of Roseville and group controller for the flash memory group of Intel Corp. in Folsom.

Todd Lindstrom, who was president of operations for Solar Power's construction subsidiary, will assume Winzeler's post in franchise operations. Eric Hafter -- who has been a senior director of a solar industry consulting firm and helped lead PowerLight Corp.'s entry into Germany and southern Europe -- will take Lindstrom's old post as president of the construction subsidiary.
