There are many people who absolutely love to tan in tanning beds.  When they tan in tanning beds it is important that a good tanning lotion is used.  Now many heated debates can be had about which tanning lotion is the best one to use and if you ask ten different people what the best tanning lotion to use you will receive ten different answers but that is just the way it goes when you ask opinions from people.  You all remember that old saying about opinions and something else and something like everyone has one.  Anyway tanning lotions are something that is need when you use tanning beds.

The best way to find the right tanning lotion for you is to ask some people you know what kind of lotion they tan with.  Also you can ask the associate that works at the tanning salon what they think is the best tanning lotion to use.  And then unfortunately you must try some.  Though luckily enough many tanning salons offer samples of tanning lotions you can purchase to help make your decision easier.  It would be hard to by different bottles of tanning lotions because they are not inexpensive items.  And if you decided to buy each one you tried you could possibly run up quite a bill on just the tanning lotions.  But it is very important for you to choose the right tanning lotion for your body.

Many tanning lotions can be some kind of skin irritant for some people.  If you have sensitive skin it may be harder for you to find something.  Different tanning lotions work better with different types of skin and it is important to find the right tanning lotion that works well with your specific skin type.  Otherwise you could have some irritations going on and that would not be good.  You want to avoid any kind of skin irritations when you are tanning especially when you first start tanning for the season.

Once you find a brand of tanning lotion that you like you can also see if they make any kinds of tanning lotion that is fun.  There are many tanning lotions that use things like glitter in their tanning lotion and that is always a personal favorite of mine to use.  I just love the way my skin looks when it is getting darker from the tanning beds and then the way the glitter looks on my darker skin.  There are many types of tanning lotions that do things like that because many people enjoy using them.

There are also many different scents to the tanning lotions.  Some just have regular kinds of scents but others are very nice indeed.  There is always some kind of coconut smelling tanning lotions and pina colada type of tanning lotions.  There are also different scents.  You will just have to and smell some of the tanning lotions that they have in the tanning salon you frequent and see what they have to offer. 

Using tanning lotions while you are using tanning beds is important because they are used to keep you skin moist and to protect you from and kind of skin irritant and damage.  You do not want to start peeling away your new tan once you have a good base you want your tanned skin to stay nice and not peel.

There are many types of tanning lotions for you to choose.  You can use them based on your skin type or you can choose a tanning lotion for the way it smells.  You can also pick a tanning lotion that has some fun part to it like glitter.  These are all choices that you must make when you are deciding what tanning lotion is the right tanning lotion for you.
