Blackjack is the easiest and most popular game on a casino floor.  Well maybe not as easy as simply pulling a lever and having three cherries fall into place, but as far as table games go blackjack is it.  There are so many people that just love to play blackjack when they go to casinos.  They can make a lot of money playing blackjack and also have a lot of fun while they are playing.  However there are some things that you should watch out for when you are gambling and playing blackjack at a casino.

First of all remember that a casino’s business is to make money off of you.  They basically want you to stay there all of the time that you are on vacation and drop all of your money off into their slots and table games.  Blackjack is the most popular and many people will play and that is exactly what a casino wants to happen.  When playing blackjack and any game you must watch out for some things to keep yourself protected the best that you can.  These are just some basic precautions that anyone should take.

First of all if you are seriously playing blackjack you will want to watch your alcohol intake.  You are there to play the game of blackjack and to win some money.  If that is what you want to do then you should focus on your hands and your betting and not get drunk.  You see at casinos they will offer you free drinks while you are gambling.  This is popular because many people know that they can get free drinks while they gamble and the casino loves it.  They rather give you some drinks and have you get a little tipsy while you play than you leave their casino.

Now if you are of the mindset that you are going to go out and gamble a little bit and drink a whole bunch then it works out perfectly for you.  Enjoy their drinks and have a great time.  But if you are seriously out there playing blackjack for the purpose of winning some money watch how much you drink.  Just because a pretty girl comes around and asks you if you want a drink does not mean that you have to take it.  You see the casino knows that when some people get intoxicated they will spend more time at the table and they will not get up right away if they are losing.  People will also not watch how much they bet and they may not even watch what their hands are.  They can easily throw away a winning hand in blackjack without even blinking.  This all works in the casinos favor and should be avoided if you want to win.

Again if you are just out on the town having a good time and not really wanting to win that much money then by all means go ahead and drink those drinks and play those games and make some memories.  But you do not have to get so bad that you can not remember those memories.  You can drink your free drinks and play blackjack and still win some money.  That is the best way to do it.  Just keep in mind that the casino wants your money and they do not want you to leave with theirs.  So have fun and play blackjack but keep your head about you and pay attention to what you do and how you play the game and how you drink.  It may sound like something simple but when it comes to blackjack and drinking you should always be aware of what you are doing.
