Being a webmaster in charge of a team project can be very difficult.

There are things that your workers are going to expect from you and then there are things that you will expect from yourself as the head webmaster. You have so much to think about when it is your own project and others are helping.

You have to care for your workers and the reputation of the web site. There are so many things that you are going to have to do in order to keep everything flowing and on target.

You have to think about your profitability. As the head webmaster you have to find a lot of winning ideas to keep the project going forward. This means that you are going to have to give up a lot of free time and go after all the things that you want for the project. 

As a team leader you are going to have to think about the welfare of the team of workers. 

Do you have the right software for the project?

You are going to have to care for your team workers not as just employees but as your partners. There is a lot to be said for head webmasters who respect their workers.

There is not a lot of time for fooling arpound, but there are people who think that they can have it all. Do not let that get in the way of being a business person and doing what is best for the project.

You as the managing webmaster, need to exert brutal force on occasion.

When you need to be make sure they do exactly as you demand or else. You will need to believe in yourself. If you have an issue over search engine optimization, then you must do the best thing you cand o for the project, not the easiest. You are going to have to believe that you are capable of empowering yourself as a head webmaster so that you can make something out of the project.
